well sometimes it's the most inexpensive perfumes that actually have the nicest smell. Some of the really expensive brand names perfumes that cost an arm and a leg smell just awful, like petrol fumes or something i guess it's just the snobbery value to some women that counts.
For guys, memories are associated with smells.


Maybe you met someone on the Ferry that smelt nice. Not necessarily expensive and whenever you smell that scent now you remember a previous experience. Totally normal.
it might be that there has been people on the ferry have been wearing expensive perfume?
Mayb cuz both is expensive???
