I'm not sure. I only buy good perfume, as in, not the cheap stuff. Go for Armani ($80-90) or Viktor and Rolf ($150-180).
Heavenly from Victoria Secret I got the mist for like $25
Hilary Duff.. With Love around $70-$80 .. She'll LOVE It.
at Macy's there is Vera Wang ';Princess'; and it comes with a big purfume, a purse sized one, and body lotion and it was $60 and i got a free bag... i recommend it. and its worth every penny.
Go to a health food store and get some body oils. They smell good and are better for your skin. And since they are inexpensive you can get her several different scents.
